    TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 8 WEEK ADULT COURSES

1. This Spanish/French course runs for 8 weeks at a total course price of £120. payment  has been received you will receive a receipt and booking confirmation. Please allow 24  hours for this to arrive.  2. Payment can be made by card payment using the link sent out in your welcome email or  bank transfer.   3. You can secure your place with a non-refundable deposit of £50. The balance must be  paid two weeks before the course start date.  4. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made for non-attendance at classes. However, you will  have access to an online learning space with pre-recorded video content covering the  key aspects of the course so you can catch up anything you have missed.  5. You will have access to the learning space and video content for six months after the  course ends.  6. Where possible, please try to give notice (ideally at least 24 hours) of non-attendance at  classes by sending me an email as I can plan activities and materials effectively if I know  numbers. I know this isn’t always possible, but it is appreciated when you can!  7. A minimum of 4 participants is necessary for a course to proceed.  8. Classes will always take place at the date and time specified unless otherwise  informed. Classes will take place either in Round Eight Bar and Bottle Shop, Crosby or  Liverpool Road Studios, Crosby, L23.  9. In the rare circumstance a class has to be cancelled by myself, I will give you as much  notice as possible and I will rearrange the session. If that is not possible, I will refund the  cost of the session.  10. You agree to refrain from sharing/distributing and using any materials used during the  course of classes with Language Legends Education with any third party (all materials  are covered by copyright law).  11.  You agree to refrain from sharing any passwords or classroom links shared with you  during your course of study with Language Legends Education with any third party.   12. Students on the course have access to a classroom stream where they can post  messages and ask questions. Please bear in mind that everyone can see the messages  you post in that space. Hate speech will not be tolerated and I expect that  students/clients will respect the dignity of others and not harass or degrade others.  13. I strive to provide the best possible service. However, I will not be held accountable or  responsible for the academic success or lack thereof demonstrated by the  student/client. Although I will do everything in my power to help grades and skill sets  improve, I can offer no guarantees.  14. I am not liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, special, punitive or  similar damages arising out of use of my tutoring service, or any Language Legends  Language Legends Education – 2025  Education errors or omissions in the content of my materials. You, the client,  specifically waive any and all claims arising out of the use of this tutoring service.
